Where are you based, and do you work with clients elsewhere?
Imagine Digital Studios Ltd is based in Mildenhall, Suffolk, in the United Kingdom. We work with clients across the UK, South Africa and further afield, with projects for businesses in London, the Western Cape and Iraq among others. Most of our work is done remotely, with calls and video meetings at times that suit you.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A brochure website typically takes four to six weeks once content is agreed, a brand identity six to ten weeks, and apps and AI projects are planned in phases. We give you a timeline with every proposal and keep you updated as we go.
How much does a website or project cost?
Every project is quoted individually after a short discovery call, because costs depend on what you need. We give a fixed price for agreed scope wherever we can, so there are no surprises.
Do you work with businesses of all sizes?
Yes. Our clients range from sole traders and family restaurants to law firms, manufacturers and public institutions. We scale the process and the team to suit the project.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can refresh your current site or rebuild it on a faster platform. We map every old page to its new address so you keep your search rankings and inbound links.

Yes. We handle technical SEO, page speed, structured data, content and local search, and we build every new site to be search-ready from the start. We report progress in plain language.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes. We set you up with an easy editor for your pages, projects and articles, and show you how to use it. If you'd rather not, we can make updates for you.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer care plans covering hosting, updates, backups, security monitoring and small changes, plus ongoing marketing and improvements if you want them.
